We were in on July 14th for our 32k service on our 24 XC90. I have to say Chris in service is fantastic. In and out in 2hrs. included a car wash. Stacey Macdonald provided a loaner so we could go downtown. Everyone from Corey Ogilvie (GM) greeted us as soon as we arrived. We are treated like family thats why we keep driving Volvo's... Had vehicle serviced. White Glove Concierge service is fantastic. They drove a loaner Volvo XC60 to our house which is a 2.5 hour drive from the dealership, left the loaner for us and returned our XC40 to our house the next day after completing the service. The service representative on the phone was very helpful and kept us updated on the service and timing. Our only complaint is the pricing for service. Vehicle was washed before returning. Cost was $1543.00!!

We were driving through Charlotte to Florida when involved in a 7 car pileup on 77 We were rear ended and many wires were severed in the rear bumper We were able to barely make it to the Volvo dealership with several warning lights.
